Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

  • This is a management position responsible for overseeing site activities, leading staff, and managing customer relationships.
  • The role involves planning site operations, engaging with project teams, defining collaboration rules, and managing site administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Management and Administration, including reviewing contracts, participating in subcontracting, scheduling, planning communication, mobilization, resource planning, and budgeting.
  2. Execution leadership, maintaining customer and subcontractor relationships, leading site teams, and ensuring facilities are adequate.
  3. Site handover, including lessons learned, feedback sessions, and project completion celebrations.
  4. Ensuring contractual requirements are met, managing change processes, subcontractors, site planning, reporting, resourcing, and procurement.
  5. Final site activities involve ensuring contractual fulfillment, closing activities, reporting, warranty support, and successful transfer to lifecycle services.

Requirements:

  • Educational: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in a similar management role. Prior experience with duel fuel engines is advantageous.
  • Understanding of workplace safety.

Desired Skills:

  • Communication, management, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of ICT tools and applications, cost awareness, and HSE standards.
