About the Role

As a Support Assistant for Corporate Affairs, you will collaborate closely with the management team on daily responsibilities.

Your key goals include:

  • Providing timely and quality administrative support to the management.
  • Supporting regulatory affairs by drafting letters and memos.
  • Collaborating with the Legal Affairs team.
  • Assisting in other Public Relations activities on an ad-hoc basis.

Your typical day involves:

  • Supporting the management broadly.
  • Handling documentation for meetings.
  • Arranging travel and meetings.
  • Executing and verifying claims/applications.
  • Managing special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Preparing confidential reports and presentations as needed.
  • Organizing divisional events when required.
  • Coordinating inter-departmentally and disseminating information.
  • Managing the delegation of authority table.
  • Managing calendars and coordinating executive meetings.
  • Ensuring all approvals comply with policies.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree; MBA/MSc is advantageous.

Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years in a support/administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude.
