A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Social Sciences from a recognized university is required for this position.

The salary range is market compatible, and the location is not specified. The ideal candidate should be aged between 18 and 24 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in rotational assignments across departments.
  2. Support daily business activities and contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
  3. Work closely with managers and team to understand internal processes and business strategies.
  4. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
  5. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to implementation plans.
  6. Take initiative on assigned projects and provide periodic progress updates.
  7. Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations summarizing learnings, key contributions, and insights from each departmental rotation.
