Administrative Coordinator Role

We are seeking an highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative systems, and providing exceptional support to staff and senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.
  • Record office expenditure and manage resources effectively.
  • Organize office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain office condition and arrange for necessary repairs.
  • Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance, and discipline staff as needed.
  • Delegate work to staff and manage their workload and output.
  • Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Review and update health and safety policies and ensure compliance.
  • Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.
  • Attend conferences and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage social media presence for the organization.
