Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide tailored solutions to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by offering product information and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, including order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product range, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or management, as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future analysis and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
