Customer Experience Ambassador
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our U.S. clients, address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Work in U.S. time zones as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a strong command of American English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
