Take Charge of E-commerce Success
A seasoned Walmart Dropshipping & WFS Specialist to assume responsibility for comprehensive management of our Walmart Marketplace operations, resulting in increased efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Master Product Listings: Utilize Walmart Seller Center to create, optimize, and manage product listings, incorporating keyword optimization, A+ content integration, and catalog enhancement techniques.
  • Expertise in Dropshipping Operations: Foster solid relationships with third-party dropship suppliers, proficiently process and track orders from multiple dropship vendors, guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping confirmation, and address inventory, order delay, and out-of-stock item challenges.
  • WFS Management Excellence: Establish and manage products for WFS, coordinate inbound shipments to Walmart fulfillment centers, monitor inventory levels and replenishment within WFS, and maintain high-performance metrics like shipping speed, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Performance & Analytics: Continuously monitor key performance indicators such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and seller score, deeply examine sales reports to boost profitability and minimize returns or cancellations, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales performance.
  • Prompt Customer Service & Compliance: Timely respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints in a prompt manner, and adhere to Walmart policies concerning returns, refunds, and seller performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing Walmart Marketplace, including both dropshipping and WFS.
  • Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center, inventory systems, and shipping integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Walmart's policies, SEO best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with tools such as Deliverr, ShipStation, GeekSeller, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
