Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technology Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality end-to-end solutions that are fit for purpose, scalable, and secure.
  • Lead technical teams across multiple projects, delegating work as appropriate to utilize people and resources effectively.
  • Support planning for the technical workstream, ensuring deliverables meet project milestones.
  • Evaluate customer business and technical requirements to ensure strategies and solutions align with customer needs.
  • Provide technical governance and assurance for proposed solutions throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution design and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Application, Integration, Data, Technology, and Security architecture.
  • A good understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting, and Integration technologies.
  • Experience in developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle with experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
  • The capacity to think strategically and present technical concepts in an uncomplicated manner confidently to an executive audience.
  • Ability to lead teams and execute on responsibilities with minimal guidance and oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent change.
  • A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Professional qualifications such as ITIL3, TOGAF, etc.
  • Excellent English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the CPG, Retail, ERP sectors is highly beneficial.
