- Proven track record of at least 2 years in customer success within the B2B software industry, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Bard), showcasing your readiness to leverage cutting-edge AI in customer engagement
About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, equating to $60,000 USD/year assuming 50 weeks of work. The payment period is weekly.
