Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst - Taxation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with clients.
  • As a Financial Analyst - Taxation, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial situations.
  • You will also address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, recommending additional financial products and services that align with clients' needs.
  • In addition, you will advise clients regarding any relevant laws related to VAT, CT, AML, ESR, UBO, etc.
  • You will stay current with tax laws and regulations, providing clients with up-to-date guidance and advice.
  • Furthermore, you will assist clients in understanding and meeting tax and compliance requirements, minimizing the risk of penalties.
  • You will calculate taxes owed by meticulously following tax codes and regulations.
  • Moreover, you will prepare a wide range of tax returns, from simple to complex, for both individuals and small businesses.
  • You will strategically help clients leverage federal, state, and local tax codes to maximize their eligible benefits.
  • Additionally, you will identify potential deductions, tax credits, and advise clients on minimizing tax liabilities.
  • You will oversee the registration requirements and thresholds for VAT and CT.
  • Furthermore, you will verify the accuracy of past tax returns and ensure records are reconciled at all times.
  • Finally, you will refer to tax law handbooks for complex tax returns, ensuring compliance.
  • You will proficiently manage bookkeeping tasks, including Payables and Receivables Management.
  • Also, you will oversee the maintenance of Petty Cash and coordinate with banks for daily deposits.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and analyze financial records, including income statements and expenditure documentation.
  • Regularly update financial trackers and databases to reflect the most current information.
  • Ensure that tracking systems are accurate, well-organized, and accessible for reference and analysis.
