Sales Operations Coordinator

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that attendance records are up-to-date and accurately maintained. You will also handle file and paperwork for new staff hiring, record and maintain inventory of all finished goods, and conduct data recording and presentation as required by management. Additionally, you will compile daily sales data from distribution setups and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

As a sales operations coordinator, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field and possess excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, bookkeeping, and data entry is also necessary for this position. A graduate degree is required.
