Job Title: Administrative Operations Director

This is a high-level management position responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of various departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage administrative operations across multiple departments.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative functions to monitor business operations.
  • Direct and manage the activities of administrative staff.
  • Ensure seamless interaction with other department heads to manage overall administrative operations.
  • Develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department.
  • Provide support to the front desk management in handling visitors and members.
  • Assist the financial department in preparing budgets and reports.
  • Answer and route telephone calls to the appropriate personnel or members.
