Performance Marketing Designer Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and growth teams in creating high-performing design assets that drive engagement and revenue.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual with a strong portfolio in graphic design, who can collaborate effectively and optimize visuals for mobile and social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years' experience in graphic design (B2B or SaaS preferred) and a strong understanding of performance-based visuals and marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static ads for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging visuals for blog content, landing pages, gated assets, and infographics
  • Edit and repurpose content into short-form videos
  • Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and visual hierarchy across web, social, email, and ad placements

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Figma for collaborative workflows
