Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that ensure timely and high-quality completion.
  2. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
  3. Serve as Primary Point of Contact: Facilitate open communication with client teams, resolving project-related concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Secure Stakeholder Buy-in: Ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned through regular status reporting, risk management, and issue escalation.
  5. Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote alignment, coordination, and teamwork across disciplines and teams.
  6. Lead with an Agile Mindset: Embed company culture and values in junior resources, driving success through collaboration and innovation.
  7. Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with project delivery teams, adopting a one-team approach to drive success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (4 years minimum).
  2. Certified Design Thinking coach with experience facilitating design thinking sessions.
  3. Project management expertise in innovation frameworks such as Lean start-up, Agile/SCRUM, business model canvas highly valued.
  4. Excellent networking and communication skills (written and oral).
  5. Proactive problem-solver able to work creatively, independently, and analytically.
