As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients primarily through phone, email, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers through research, cold calls, or follow-up on inbound inquiries.
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up with leads.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and updates using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and lead quality.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 or more years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers remotely.
  • Ability to influence potential clients and negotiate deals.
  • Efficient in managing multiple clients, leads, and tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
