Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Data Scientist to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in developing innovative AI/ML solutions to enhance compliance and risk management.

The successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and ML techniques to develop and deploy models for various tasks such as anomaly detection, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.

You will work with diverse datasets to improve our risk management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Role
  • Design, Deploy, and Manage AI/ML Models: Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and ML techniques to develop and deploy models for compliance and risk management related solutions.
  • Conduct Research on AI Techniques: Enhance model performance in the compliance and risk domains through research on AI techniques.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Identify requirements, develop solutions, and deploy models in the production system through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate Technical Concepts: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret data to evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree or MBA: A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or an MBA with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, etc., from top-tier universities.
  • Experience in AI/ML Solutions: At least 12+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, with recent exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Machine Learning Concepts: Thorough knowledge of machine learning concepts, including transformers and language modeling.
  • Data Pre-processing and Feature Engineering: Experience in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas and results clearly.
