AI/ML Operations Lead

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our AI/ML operations efforts.
This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) frameworks.
Job Description- Architect and drive the implementation of AIOps/MLOps systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices in model deployment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and other key stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, MLOps, or AIOps, including leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Expert-level coding skills in Python and Bash, with working knowledge of Go or Java.
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes across major cloud providers.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code technologies like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- In-depth knowledge of ML lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and pipeline orchestration.
