- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and minimize wait/service times, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Empower customers with confidence and self-assurance, enabling effective service delivery.
- Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining trust.
- Focus on customer retention and churn management, optimizing business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales, driving performance excellence.
To excel as a Customer Service Advocate, you must possess:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication abilities.
- Experience in sales and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
