Job Title: Director of Academic Administration

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Director of Academic Administration to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, with a focus on leadership, management, and policy implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academic department, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the academic team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of academic staff, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and community partners.
  • Critical Thinking: Analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions to problems.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of experience in academic administration, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Education: HEC-attested terminal degree and HEC equivalency certificate (for foreign degrees).
  • Personal Qualities: Strong integrity, accountability, and commitment to excellence.
