Our organization seeks a dedicated and customer-oriented Senior People Operations Analyst to join our People team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field and resolve employee questions regarding reimbursements, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with the collection and submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements, payroll approvals and payment confirmations to ensure global payroll and other forms of compensation are delivered compliantly, accurately and on time.
  • Maintain the company's systems of record including HRIS, payroll, benefits and external technology solutions as well as internal employee records with accuracy.
  • Support employees throughout the entire life cycle from onboarding to termination by ensuring they have access to applicable information and resources.
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding People Team policies, procedures, systems and tools.
  • Contribute to employee programs celebrating anniversaries and other milestones.
  • Work towards automating solutions and creating standardizations in HR processes to align with scaling needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key people processes and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role with understanding of local payroll policies/laws.
  • Experience managing People operations in a global/multinational organisation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Report Writer.
  • A proactive, organized, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • JIRA system knowledge.
