About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential B2B leads on LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities and schedule product demos for our sales team.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns to relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn, including decision-makers, sales leaders, directors, and executives.
- Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages to generate interest in our CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in B2B or SaaS) and be proficient in written communication and able to build rapport through messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and segment potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics within the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve engagement rates.
- Monitor and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage outreach pipelines independently and meet targets regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience booking demos for SaaS products or CRM solutions.
- Experience in optimizing outreach strategies and tracking conversions.
