Job Description:

You need to be a graduate in Math, Physics, IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.

As a technical lead, you will provide hands-on and technical leadership within a passionate technical team, building hybrid and native mobile applications.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, continuously bringing innovation and knowledge to the team.

You will also improve our frameworks and processes around delivering mobile applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Object-oriented design and programming
  2. UI and back-end development (Flutter and Xamarin)
  3. Systems integration
  4. Technical problem solving
  5. Research and development using emerging technologies
  6. Expert level in modern mobile and server coding practices
  7. In-depth knowledge about multiple platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and API services
  8. Experienced in software development life cycle releases
  9. Managing multiple projects at once and adapting to changing priorities
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of application design and debugging
  • English language skills, demonstrating good speaking and excellent written skills
  • Object-oriented programming experience
Experience/Qualifications:
  • Degree Educated: Undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in a relevant subject
  • Managing development teams, including assessment, task distribution, motivation, and unblocking
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions; not an entry-level role
  • Experience working on complex software projects across different industries
  • 5+ years of experience in this field or other roles where required skills could have been developed
