Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.

You will oversee the performance and development of the sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. This includes preparing action plans for individual team members and teams to effectively search for sales leads and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in the telecom industry, with a background in corporate/enterprise sales. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Beyond these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. They will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
