Job Overview

Avira Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Lead to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT services, including Managed Services (MSP), Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Cybersecurity Services, IT Consulting and Advisory Services, Digital Transformation Services.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors, such as enterprise, SMB, government.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
  3. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  4. Develop and manage sales budgets and resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of IT services sales management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the IT sector.
