Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Participate in client workshops and project scoping to validate commercial proposals and resource planning.
    • Supervise ongoing projects during pre-sale activities to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Control P&L on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to monitor potential deviations and react accordingly.
    • Manage revenue projections and quarterly planning (revenue, delivery margin, appraisals, upsales) to drive business growth.
  • Client Management:
    • Oversee invoicing, debt collection, and contract updates to maintain strong client relationships.
    • Lead delivery status updates and gather client feedback to improve services.
    • Develop upsell plans and identify new service opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with project managers and work on their professional development plans to enhance team performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and drive results.
    • Handle team conflicts and provide problem resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Project Management:
    • Ensure smooth project delivery through regular audits and daily status validation to meet client expectations.
    • Plan and allocate resources to optimize team workload and improve productivity.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project delays.
  • Reporting and Governance:
    • Verify resource plans, monitor budgets, and approve overtime to ensure financial stability.
    • Ensure the accuracy of vendor and internal reports to inform business decisions.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Continuously improve methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
