Job Overview

At SMJ International Industries, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee customer service and sales operations. This key role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing leadership and guidance to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to guide sales activities and resource allocation.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align customer needs with business strategies and offerings.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and maximize their potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
