We are looking for a skilled Digital Presence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies, as well as experience in crafting compelling narratives and engaging multimedia content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our online presence, growing our community, and enhancing brand awareness through the development and execution of a results-driven social media strategy across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement and reach
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including graphics, short-form videos, and carousels
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a strong brand identity
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry voices
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Social Media Management skills, including Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
  • Analytics and Insights skills, including Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and Brandwatch
  • Short-form and Video Scripting skills, including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Copywriting and Storytelling skills, including captions, posts, and brand messaging

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or content strategy
  • Able to craft compelling narratives and engaging multimedia content
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies
  • Passion for finance, investing, and wealth management (a plus)
