Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our full stack development team. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and user experience.

Our team is dynamic and fast-paced, and we require someone who can work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Required Skills
  • Laravel + PHP 8+: Expertise in Eloquent ORM, Artisan, Service Providers, and package development.
  • AWS Cloud: Hands-on with EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, and cost-optimized architectures.
  • cPanel/WHM: Proficient in DNS, SSL, backups, email server configs, and security hardening.
  • Frontend Development: Strong skills in JavaScript, , HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap.
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, with query optimization.
  • DevOps: Git, Docker, Linux CLI, CI/CD automation, infrastructure-as-code basics.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda) or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog) or security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
  • Knowledge of microservices or event-driven architectures.
