Technical Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Technical Content Specialist to create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our platform.

The ideal candidate will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible content that helps users maximize their experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create well-structured, easy-to-follow knowledge base articles addressing common user questions and scenarios.
  • Transform technical specifications and feature documentation into user-friendly guides.
  • Develop step-by-step tutorials with clear instructions and visual aids when appropriate.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across all documentation.
  • Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about new features and updates.
  • Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality and usefulness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Organized and detailed, able to maintain and routinely update multiple knowledge bases consisting of feature guides, how-to articles, FAQs, video libraries, and images.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, help articles, or user guides.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible language.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with knowledge base software and content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of HTML formatting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Helpjuice or similar knowledge base platforms.
  • Background in technical writing, UX writing, or content development.
  • Familiarity with information architecture principles.
  • Experience with SEO best practices for help documentation.
  • Understanding of user experience design concepts.
