Sales and Business Development Opportunity

Systematic IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven experience in sales and sales management.

About the Role:

This is a night shift full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts
  • Providing after-sales support and training junior sales staff
  • Managing sales pipelines and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to provide effective training to junior staff
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred but not essential:

  • 1-2 years of closing experience
  • Experience in the IT industry
