Systematic IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven experience in sales and sales management.
About the Role:This is a night shift full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts
- Providing after-sales support and training junior sales staff
- Managing sales pipelines and identifying new business opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to provide effective training to junior staff
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
The following qualifications are preferred but not essential:
- 1-2 years of closing experience
- Experience in the IT industry
