Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, track action items, and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives, manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and assist in preparing and reviewing documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Project Management and Digital Marketing.
