Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial operations manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accurate record keeping, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and cash flow summaries for stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of CAPEX spend on all studios, including disbursement of funds.
  • Share daily revenue reports with stakeholders to ensure company meets its targets.
  • Forecast monthly profit based on run rates in coordination with business leads.
  • Analyze financial data related to variable costs and gross profit margin.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Present quarterly financial results in town hall meetings.
  • Develop an understanding of business operations to update financial models periodically.
