Job Title: Product Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end development and enhancement of products in line with our strategic goals.

You will ensure that innovative product ideas are translated into market-ready solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all product development efforts, collaborating with stakeholders including Segment, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Technology Strategy & Operations, USD, IT/IP Planning, IT QA, Finance, Sales, and Joint Shops.
  • Define and prioritize Change Requests (CRs) and project initiatives in coordination with internal teams; communicate product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and accountable culture throughout the development process.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly progress reports on Change Requests to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct training sessions for Customer Operations, Customer Care, and Joint Shops teams to support the successful rollout of new products and features.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
