About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Consulting Psychologist. This role combines sales, client consultation, and relationship management where you will guide individuals toward enrolling in our NLP and training programs.

You will play a key role in building trust with prospective clients ensuring program enrollments and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on both company-provided leads and self-generated leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct online consultation sessions via Zoom with prospective clients providing guidance and clarity on program benefits.
  • Closer sales for NLP and training programs achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with graduates and enrolled clients to drive referrals and repeat enrollments.
  • Successfully complete one month of structured sales and product training.
  • From the second month onward achieve a minimum of 5 confirmed nominations/enrollments per month (mandatory target).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant workplace experience in psychology mental health counseling coaching or related fields.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to influence and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Excellent English communication skills spoken and written.
  • Empathetic professional and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently meet targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Zoom Excel and CRM tools.
