Job Opportunity

As the representative of our brand, you will interact directly with customers through virtual consultations, live chats, and calls. Your role is to deliver an exceptional, high-conversion shopping experience while building long-term customer relationships.

You must possess native English fluency, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for luxury fashion and jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized sales support to customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Convert inquiries into purchases by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections and brand story
  • Track and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Support virtual events or campaigns when needed

Requirements:

  1. Native-level fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury customer service (jewelry or fashion preferred)
  3. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  5. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  6. Flexible schedule to support customers across various time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in luxury retail or premium e-commerce
  2. Experience with remote/virtual selling techniques
  3. Strong understanding of jewelry materials and design (training provided)
