Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Executive will analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
  • Experience in the luxury real estate sector is a plus
