As a Junior Investment Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced research-driven environment where you will conduct and support research on macro trends, sector analysis, company earnings, and crypto protocols. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and expand Lumida's chartbooks across Macro, Crypto, Banking, and other investment themes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on market news, trends, and investment narratives to turn them into actionable insights
  • Digest and summarize research content from various sources, including podcasts, earnings calls, sell-side reports, and internal CIO meetings
  • Monitor exposure to sectors, themes, and factors, and help propose strategic adjustments
  • Track thematic stock baskets and contribute to the daily market narrative
  • Support the implementation of long and short investment strategies

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in investing, markets, and digital assets, as well as excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn from senior team members.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional or academic finance-related setting
  • Background in finance, economics, or a quantitative/technical field
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, GPT, Koyfin, Trading View
  • Excellent written communication and analytical abilities
