We are seeking an experienced Creative Director – Brand Strategist to shape our brand image and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic creative tour-de-force, with expertise in consumer insights, marketing campaigns, and branding.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and Execute Creative Communication Strategy: Aligns company goals and objectives with internal stakeholder briefs and shapes the brand's unique value proposition.
  2. Define and Refine Brand Identity: Oversees the development and maintenance of visual and verbal identity, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and competitive landscape.
  3. Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Drives the creation of campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement.
  4. Mentor and Manage Teams: Builds and manages high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Studies market trends, tools, technology, and methods to inform creative strategy and branding executions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Creatives, Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred); 7-8 years' experience in creative roles.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing international/global creative brands.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Data Analysis and Market Research: Analytical mindset with ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Design and Branding Aesthetics: Keen eye for design and branding aesthetics, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, and post-production tools.
  • Project Management and Onboarding External Partners: Strong project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver results; proficient in inducting, influencing, and onboarding external agency partners.
