Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Creative Lead to develop and execute high-quality visual concepts that align with our brands and marketing goals.

This role requires strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life across various media.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute original visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, branding, and digital content.
  • Ensure visual output aligns with the brand's identity, tone, and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to translate ideas into compelling visual assets.
  • Maintain high design standards across all materials — digital, print, social, packaging, and video.
  • Present creative concepts and design work to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep creative work fresh and competitive.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creative integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in art direction or high-level design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand storytelling, and design execution across various media.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with AI and motion graphics tools (After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong visual and conceptual skills, with an eye for detail and design precision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative assignments.
