About the Role
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing HR data, analytics, and financial calculations, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the preparation and management of the annual budget, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and resource allocation.
- Ensure precise tracking and reporting of employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other HR-related expenses.
- Support payroll processing, compensation structuring, and benefits administration in collaboration.
- Monitor and report key People metrics, including headcount, turnover, engagement, and cost analysis.
- Provide analytical support for workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and resource allocation to optimize organizational efficiency.
Data & Analytics:
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Track and report employee costs and metrics.

HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with department heads to align the Talent Strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Assist in managing the performance management cycle, including goal-setting and evaluations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by implementing policies that enhance workplace culture and productivity.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage and maintain staff databases, ensuring timely reporting and accessibility of critical HR data.
- Support revisions and updates to HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and business needs.
- Assist in facilitating internal and external HR audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Lead the transition and adoption of new HR technologies and systems implementations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations, analytics, or business partnering, with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, Google Suite, and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work with HR data, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive process improvements.
