As our human resource manager, you will work with our international employers, immigration lawyers, and local applicants for foreign jobs and immigration to Canada, USA, Australia, and Brazil.
You will match the best candidates with jobs available from international employers in the above countries.
Your responsibilities include daily updating of the company website and ad design for print media.
You will write CVs and cover letters for our applicants to improve their chances of getting a job interview.
Additionally, you will train our applicants in effective telephonic and video job interview skills.
Compensation Package and Benefits:
Salary: Rs. 15000-25000 depending on capabilities.
Incentive: You will be paid Rs. 10000 for each successful placement resulting in foreign immigration for our Pakistani applicants and international employers.
International transfer: You may be able to work at our future office in Brazil.
You should have an MBA in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university with a 3.0 plus grade average, as well as certification or diploma in Graphic Arts and Web Design. Alternatively, you may have an MCS degree with experience in Human Resource Management. You should be creative in your approach, think outside the box, and be able to offer solutions that make the job application, interviewing, and selection process swift for employers.
You should be result-oriented, an original thinker who accomplishes tasks efficiently. Traits such as honesty, loyalty, dedication, persistence, humility, kindness, and thoughtfulness are essential. You should be objective, with merit-based selection skills, and possess quick thinking and effective decision-making abilities. You should not be afraid to be unconventional and learn from your mistakes to turn them into valuable experiences.
