We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) professional to join our team in a key role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, Regulatory Reporting and OFSAA data model, with a proven ability to build OFSAA rules and implement them efficiently.
Key responsibilities include overseeing OFSAA modules such as Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Profitability Management (PFT), and Loan Loss Forecasting Provisioning (LLFP).
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) platform, ensuring efficient utilization of OFSAA data models in the OFSAA implementation process.
- Administer and maintain Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) platform.
- Oversee efficient utilization of OFSAA data models in the OFSAA implementation process.
- Build and implement OFSAA rules to meet business requirements.
- Develop, test, and maintain OFSAA modules including FTP, ALM, PFT, and LLFP.
- Troubleshoot OFSAA system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to ensure system compatibility and integration.
- Train end-users and prepare user documentation to facilitate efficient adoption of OFSAA systems.
- Stay updated with OFSAA product developments and updates to drive continuous system improvements.

- Operates within a fast-paced, dynamic technology landscape, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adheres to internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards, with clear boundaries for decision-making authority to manage risks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to drive technology initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Problem Solving
- Identification and resolution of complex technical issues
- Developed and implemented data-driven solutions that increase operational efficiency through automating reporting processes and optimizing data collection methods.
Decision Making Authority & Responsibility
- Managed data governance and quality control decisions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all reporting and analytics processes
- Provided recommendations for process improvements based on data insights, reducing inefficiencies and improving decision-making timelines across teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on OFSAA applications.
- Knowledge of FlexCube key banking modules i.e. Loan, CASA, Term Deposits, Fixed Income products, Money Market and related treasury products.
- In-depth understanding of OFSAA implementation, OFSAA data model, and building OFSAA rules.
- Proven experience with OFSAA modules such as FTP, ALM, PFT, and LLFP.
- Strong understanding of OFSAA upgrade techniques.
- Experience in liaising with Oracle support and managing tickets.
- Understanding of new technologies, such as cloud services. Experience with cloud migration is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL/PL/SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Superior communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- An understanding of the financial services or banking domain is highly desirable.
