Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for mobile applications (iOS and Android). They will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly solutions that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile applications, from wireframes and flowcharts to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile interfaces (iOS and Android), ensuring a consistent and optimal user experience across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to define requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all mobile products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our product offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mobile User Experience Designer with a strong focus on mobile application design (iOS and Android).
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing your mobile UI/UX design process, from research to final polished designs.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and mobile human interface guidelines.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.

  • Experience with animation or motion design for mobile interfaces.
