Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Are you looking for a fast-paced sales environment where you can utilize your communication skills to drive business growth? We are seeking a results-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales through cold calls and responding to customer inquiries. You will work closely with our management team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience in telemarketing or a similar sales/customer service role
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
