CommerceKind is a fast-growing eCommerce solutions provider, specializing in Amazon marketplace growth. We offer services such as PPC management, product sourcing, and listing optimization. Our goal is to leverage automation and data-driven strategies to help businesses succeed on Amazon.

Role Description:

CommerceKind is seeking a Customer Sales Representative with strong client-handling and communication skills. An American accent is highly preferred, along with the ability to engage effectively, negotiate, and build lasting customer relationships. Prior experience in sales or customer service will be a significant plus.

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Job Type: On-site (Full-time)

Work Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client handling
  • Preferred American accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident in handling customer interactions
  • Experience in Zoom calls and professional email communication
