As a seasoned Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Intelligence Solutions – You will design, implement, and optimize data models using Power BI to ensure accurate, scalable, and high-performance results.
  2. Advanced Data Analysis – The successful candidate will develop complex DAX measures, implement calculation groups, and apply advanced techniques to support business requirements.
  3. Security & Governance – Our ideal candidate will configure and manage Row-Level Security (RLS), enforce governance standards, and ensure compliance with best practice modeling.
  4. Source Control & DevOps – Experience with Git/Azure DevOps is essential for creating branches, managing pull requests, and merging code into main as part of structured release processes.
  5. Database Management – A skilled developer will write efficient, production-quality SQL queries to interrogate and transform datasets for integration into Power BI models.
  6. Delivery Excellence – The selected candidate will take ownership of tasks from specification through to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
  7. Best Practice Modelling – We are looking for a champion of dimensional modelling and star schema design to ensure consistency, maintainability, and performance across the reporting layer.
  8. Enterprise Dashboards – Enterprise-grade dashboards require a skilled developer to build and enhance them, ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
  3. Proven track record designing and publishing complex Power BI models and reports, with deep knowledge of DAX, RLS, and calculation groups.
  4. Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas, and business intelligence best practices.
  5. Experience with data modeling and report design best practices.
  6. Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  7. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  11. Experience with additional visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
