Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

The role of the software quality assurance specialist is to design and execute manual test cases for products and APIs based on product requirements and technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective manual test cases for products and APIs.
  • Perform various types of testing, including smoke, functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues by reviewing system behavior, logs, and data flows.
  • Create and maintain structured test documentation.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to story refinement and test planning.
  • Track and manage defects using a tracking tool.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test life cycle, and defect management.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and API testing tools is beneficial.
