About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of media strategies that drive maximum audience engagement and ROI.

This role requires collaboration with clients, creative teams, and media vendors to craft effective advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop media plans that align with campaign objectives and target audience insights, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to inform media decisions.
  • Select suitable media platforms for campaign execution, considering factors such as reach, frequency, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Negotiate media buys, placements, and budgets with vendors to achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization, using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging media channels, and technological advancements to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client reviews, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media Studies, Advertising, or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising.

  • Proficiency in media analytics tools and technologies.
