Your Role in Driving Automation Excellence:

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, configuring, integrating, and implementing process control solutions for various industries.
  • Developing comprehensive P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and loop descriptions for diverse plants, processes, and/or equipment.
  • Creating clear and concise User Requirement Specifications.
  • Developing detailed software and hardware design specifications.
  • Designing, writing, implementing, testing, and documenting robust PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software.
  • Developing stringent control system validation/testing protocols to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Specifying and procuring essential process instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
  • Developing precise electrical and control panel schematics.
  • Creating comprehensive scope of supply documents.
  • Managing and monitoring the progress of automation projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Installing, testing, and commissioning control systems onsite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: BSc Engineering – Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: At least 1-4 years of practical experience within the industrial automation industry.
  • Project Phase Expertise: Knowledge of process manufacturing, field instrumentation, control system installation, and implementation expertise in the following project phases:
  • Requirements Documentation
  • Detailed Design Generation
  • Implementation
  • System Integration
  • Testing
  • Onsite Startup
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with both customers and partners.
