Automotive Manufacturing Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
This role involves analyzing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, planning and optimizing assembly lines, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality components and materials.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering or a related role.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all vehicles meet or exceed quality standards
- Plan and optimize assembly lines, including layout design, sequence of assembly steps, and integration of automation and robotics
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality components and materials
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering or a related role
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements
